Motivational Session at Marafiq
We delivered a personal and professional development workshop for the Marfiq team, led by international Arabic-language trainer Dr. Talal Al Rawahi.
Talent Arabia recently delivered the workshop "Keys to Personal and Professional Success" for the team at Marfiq, facilitated by Dr. Talal Al Rawahi, one of the most recognised Arabic-language trainers and personal development experts in the region with more than 50,000 hours of delivery and audiences across four continents.
The interactive session covered goal setting, time and priority management, communication skills, teamwork, positive thinking, and handling pressure at work. Built on research and field practice rather than generic motivational content, the workshop gave the Marfiq team practical tools they can apply directly on the job, along with a full training kit for post-workshop reference.
The session reflects our wider training and development practice, which has delivered 100+ programs across Oman, the UAE, and KSA and upskilled 6,000+ professionals.
