Yesterday our team was at Muscat University for the Employer Summit and Career Fair.
Rooms like this are a reminder of why this work matters.
Students stepping into their careers on one side. Employers looking for the right people to build with on the other. That space between talent and opportunity is exactly where we work every day.
We spent the day meeting bright young professionals, trading ideas with fellow employers, and talking through where the GCC market is heading and the skills that will shape it.
One thing stood out. The talent coming out of Oman’s universities is ready. The companies that connect with it early are the ones that move ahead.
