Talent Arabia is now independently certified to ISO 29993:2017, the international standard for Learning Services Outside Formal Education. The certification covers the complete training lifecycle, from learning needs analysis through design, delivery, and evaluation of outcomes.

This new certification joins our existing ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security), PECB Authorized Training Partner authorisation, and PMI Authorized Training Partner credential. What ISO 29993:2017 covers

ISO 29993:2017 is the international standard for learning service providers operating outside the formal education system. It defines service requirements across the complete training lifecycle: needs analysis, learning design, delivery, learner support, competency assessment, and evaluation of learning outcomes.
